Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles and methods of Criminal Law.
Course Content Providing information about the basic concepts and institutions of criminal law, in this context, especially the elements of the crime, fault, illegality, reasons of compliance with the law are explained.
Learning Outcomes (LO) -Resources of General Provisions of Criminal Law, ability to use basic resources, to understand and interpret what s/he has read -Get information about the concept of crime and its elements - Information on sanction and security measures - Improving the ability to analyze and resolve criminal law disputes
