Course Objectives This course aims students to be able to plan a scientific research, to carry out, to prepare and present a scientific research project skill.
Course Content This course examines to plan research, to define research method, to select research topic, literature searching techniques, to define research purpose, problems, hypothesis, to select suitable statistical and issues regarding scientific writing.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Alumni 1. Explains the scientific research designs and methods. 2. Defines the sampling methods. 3. Determines a scientific research topic related to his/her expertise field. 4. Searches the literature. 5. Prepares the research proposal. 6. Organizes the data collection tool/tools which the student will use in the planned research. 7. Decides the statistical analysis tests which are useful for the dependent and independent variables of the planned research. 8. Explains the ethical issues associated with the research and publication processes. 9. Writes a research project. 9. Writes a research project.
