Course Objectives The main aim of the course is to teach project management and project management tools and techniques.
Course Content This course covers project management principles in course information systems and techniques used in project management.
Learning Outcomes (LO) At the end of this course the student will be able to explain the project concept, project phases, the importance of project management, the concepts of cost, risk and human resources management; define and limit a project, and to determine its purpose; make source and time estimation and planning; choose and implement the tools and techniques to be used in the plan.
