Course Objectives The aim of this course is to enable students to gain experience related to establish trust relationship with a client, to provide therapeutic conditions and skills.
Course Content Establishing a trust relationship, setting goals together with the client, providing / using therapeutic conditions and skills effectively, initiating, executing and ending the process and gaining experience in the process of self-evaluation.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Upon successful completion of this course, a student will be able to 1. establish trust relationship with the client during counseling process. 2. determine the behavioral goal of the client together with the client. 3. use therapeutic conditions and skills effectively in the counseling process. 4. start, execute and terminate the counseling process effectively. 5. evaluate whether s/he is using the therapeutic conditions and skills appropriately in each session and during the counseling process 6. to behave proper to professional ethics, principles and rules in the practice of individual counseling.
