Course Objectives This masters course is aimed to introduce observation and interviewing techniques used in different sub fields of psychology.
Course Content Observation and Interviewing are techniques which are used in psychology’s different sub fields and research areas. In this master course, observation and interviewing techniques and types will be introduced and application of these techniques to people and groups with different characteristics will be studied.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Students who attend the course and are successful at the end of the semester will acquire the following: 1. Define observation and interview as research methods in psychology 2. Acquire the ability to use observation and interview techniques in various applied subfields of psychology 3. Acquire the ability to use observation and interview techniques with specific psychological problems and age groups
