Course Objectives |
Enabling the student to be able to recognize the commercial legislation that companies are subject to and to understand the problems and solutions that may be encountered in commercial life in terms of minority rights. |

Partnership rights and minority rights system in joint stock companies law |

1. Preparation of the student for the professional life of company law.
2. Implementation of the relevant provisions of the commercial law and the law of obligations.
3. Learning about partnership rights in joint stock companies
4. To be able to resolve the disputes that the student will face in the future regarding the minority rights
