Course Objectives Teaching and sophisticating of basic informations, concepts and principles of Negotiable Instruments Law
Course Content It is a science that systematically examines the negotiable instruments law taking into consideration the other relevant regulations thereto.
Learning Outcomes (LO) At the end of the courses the students - can define the basic concepts of Negotiable Instruments Law; - can explain the basic features of drawer-holder-acceptor-indorser relationship; - to have knowledge about types of negotiable instruments, - Can evaluate disputes about foreign exchange bills - Ablitiy of negotiable paper examines judicial judicial decisions.
