Course Objectives The aim of the course is to consolidate the subjects with practical work and court decisions covering all Civil Law and Law of Obligations issues
Course Content In this course, it is aimed to use the knowledge of students' private law that they have learned in previous semesters for practice with the help of practical studies and court decisions.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. Ability to comprehend, solve, and to attain analytical and critical thought processes 2. To master legal resources and legal precedents; to be able to conduct comparative legal analyses in national and international legal arenas 3. In addition to individual achievement, ensuring the acquisition of collective work skills through in-class activities, court decision reviews and other professional and academic work 4. To be equippet with comprehensive and comparative knowledge gained through the study of law, enabling the transfer of this knowledge into the social and economic fields. To attain analytical thinking between cross disciplines 5. Providing the ability to balance mutual rights and interests within the framework of an advanced notion of justice
