Course Objectives In the scope of this course; it is intended to be taught • In Citizenship Law: - The ways of acquisition, loss and proof of Turkish nationality. - The rights and obligations of having Turkish nationality. • In Foreigners and International Protection Law: - The statutes of foreigners - Foreigners rights and obligations - The scope of international protection - The administrative organisation of international protection. • In Conflict of Laws: - the law applicable to private law transactions and relations that contain a foreign element • In International Procedural Law: - The international jurisdiction of the Turkish courts - The recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments
