Course Objectives The aim of this course is to gain knowledge about sectoral usage and applications of guidance and psychological counseling, and to teach what is industrial- organizational psychology as a subfield, and to teach research topics and basic concepts in the area of industrial- organizational psychology.
Course Content
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. Knows the sub-field of industrial and organizational psychology, the basic concepts and topics it contains. 2. Defines and evaluates organizational behavior. 3. Describes the common features of organizational culture. 4. Knows how to measure employee behavior, how to use and interpret these methods. 5. To have knowledge about business analysis, personnel selection, performance evaluation, corporate communication 6. Evaluate the reflections of psychological processes on business life. 7. Know the necessary social and psychological processes for the improvement and development of the workplace.
