Course Objectives To inform the students about violence and its types , its influences on women and children and make them aware of the subject and how to prevent it
Course Content Definition and types of violence , prevalence ,reasons of it ,cycle of violence , common characteristics of violent men , influences of violence on women and children , dating violence, ways to prevent violence
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who attends and are successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings: 1. Description of violence and its types 2. Its prevalence and influences on women and children 3. Factors why violence never ends 4. What should be done to prevent violence 5. Researches ,laws , and reports about what was done and to be done nationally and internationally
