Course Objectives Basic concepts and principles of learning, factors that influence learning, theories of learning, methods and techniques of efficient learning.
Course Content Basic concepts and principles of learning, factors that influence learning, theories of learning, methods and techniques of efficient learning.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1. To understand the basic concepts of psychology of learning 2. To discuss the factors that influence learning 3. To comprehend, and discuss the process and principles of Classical and Operational conditioning , being able to give examples. 4. To be able to explain and discuss the differences between the Classical and Operational conditioning. 5. To comprehend the theories of Contiguity and Connectionism and be able to explain the differences from the other learning theories 6. To be able to explain the theory of Social Learning, its principles and process of learning 7. To be able to discuss the process and principles of learning in Gestalt and Humanistic approaches. 8. To comprehend the theory of Information Processing 9. To comprehend the Constructivist approach
