Course Objectives The aim of this course is to enable students to get familiar with the basic concepts of organizational psychology.
Course Content Investigation of the behaviors of individuals, groups in the working environment and the organization system to produce scientific based solutions to problems, social and psychological processes necessary for improvement of workplace.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Upon successful completion of this course, a student will be able to 1- define organizational behavior. 2- describe how organizations manage diversity effectively 3- summarize the relationship between attitudes and behavior. 4- identify four employee responses to dissatisfaction. 5- show how role requirements change in different situations. 6- identify the characteristics of effective teams. 7- describe the functions and process of communication. 8- describe the common characteristics of organizational culture.
