Course Objectives Terminology of andragogy, knowledge of specific events, knowledge of criteria relating to productivity in adulthood, knowledge of principles and generalizations of andragogy, knowledge of theories and structures and application in andragogy.
Course Content Differences of andragogy from pedagogy, productive motivation in adulthood
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1. Differentiating between andragody and pedagogy 2. Making connections between learning needs of adults and productive motives. 3. Developing projects about the duties of PDR staff in Public Education Centers based on the principles of Vocational counseling
