Course Objectives • to enable trainees to prepare lesson plans and to each English in real classroom situations • to enable trainees to assess their teaching practice
Course Content This course is designed to prepare trainees for teaching practice in real classroom situations throughout one semester covering either one whole day or two and a half days in a week. It also aims to assess the practice during a weekly seminar.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; LO1 - be able to prepare lesson plans LO2 - implement the plan LO3 - assess their teaching experience and give feedback LO4 - evaluate the lesson plan with the trainer and the teacher at school, LO5 - make the necessary corrections, LO6 - prepare the practicum dossier LO7 - teach English in real classroom situations
