Course Objectives |
The aim of the course; To provide students with the skills of creating, supervising and coordinating project management processes through in-class group work.
Installing the Project Libre program.
Project Libre provides the project manager with the opportunity to quickly plan, reliably control and analyze existing resources in an easily understandable way.
It is to gain a VISION for the activities of seeing which works have a direct impact on the project completion process with critical path processes, and determining what kind of precautions should be taken in advance accordingly. |
Course Content |
Application of all processes in project writing and project management.
Developing an applied project with Project Libre, a Project Management software.
Assisting project managers in creating plans with Project Libre, monitoring by dividing project work into small and manageable activities, assigning resources to tasks, phase tracking, budget management and workload analysis. |
