Course Objectives This course aims to give knowledge on notices to real and legal persons settled both in Turkey and abroad as well as notification by publication, unlawful notice and domestic and international notification procedures.
Course Content This course aims to examine the results of the notices of specific legal transactions to legal persons by competent authorities.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. Understanding the importance of law of notice in domestic and international law level and particularly understanding the judicial cooperation. 2. Gaining the ability to play an active role in preventing the wrongdoings, assuring the facilitation of judicial services by the outcomes gained in law of notice lectures. 3. Gaining knowledge on the amendments of 7201 Code of Notification. Gaining the ability to pursue the contemporary issues regarding the subject and regulations. 4. Gaining the ability to make objections in means of preventing unlawful notice by understanding the true addressee. 5. Gaining the ability to argue with specialists to enhance remedies to problems to the basic problems regarding law of notice. 6. Gaining responsibility to generate remedies in detection of addresses by outcomes in notification by publication. 7. Gaining knowledge on preventing wrongdoing in notification to foreign countries and wrong practices in foreign countries. 8. Using IT and communication technologies efficiently in law of notice. 9. Gaining the ability to maintain the basic outcomes and competences acquired during the education in graduate degree, being a professional who will contribute good to the judicial system, becoming awareness of the “perpetuity” character of education.
