Course Objectives |
Physiological goals: strengthening the body, proper and harmonious development, development of exercise capacity, educational objectives: basic and motoric knowledge and skills and quantity, observation creativity, development of psychological characteristics and aesthetic emotions, habits, psycho-social goals: systematic application of physics and exercise and to convince them about their necessity. |
Course Content |
The physical, mental and mental qualities that make up the human whole are the physical activities that are carried out through games in order to reach the yield power required by the age and genetic potential. |
