Course Objectives It is aimed to work with autoanalysers in hospital biochemistry laboratory for tests requested by physician and to learn the procedures applied in microbiology laboratory.
Course Content The content of this course; biochemistry laboratory, autoanalysers and microbiology laboratory.
Learning Outcomes (LO) LO1- Learns the working principle in the laboratory LO2- Learns blood collection methods LO3- Learns urine analysis LO4- Learns how to work with autoanalyzer in body fluid. LO5- Learns microorganism cultivation and identification steps. LO6- Learns media preparation and sterilization techniques.
