Course Objectives |
To enable MA students learn and apply scientific research methods and skills in accordance with research ethics and to give the chance of designing a research assignment to set the background for the thesis. |
Course Content |
The process of conducting research and research ethics, data types, data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and evaluation, types of research design. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
At the end of the course students will:
1. Develop an understanding of the steps of educational research and research ethics;
2. Develop an understanding of data including its collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and evaluation;
3. Develop an understanding of the types of research design. |
