Course Objectives |
In the field of Quality Management, current studies are aimed at absorbing them and reaching a synthesis by following them in Turkish and foreign languages. |
Course Content |
n Quality Management, Total Quality Management, six Sigma, Lean Management, Foreign and Native literature screening, and summary and presentations from guided reading parts. Research and writing under supervision on issues related to the special interest of each PhD student.
The scope and basic concerns of organizational theory; organizational effectiveness, contextual impacts on organizations, structural adjustments and discussion of organizational processes; the main points of view in organization theory: Resource dependency, population ecology, institutional, economic, interpreter, critical and post-modern approaches; ongoing discussion and discussion review. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The achievements of students completing this course and succeeding are as follows:
1: Knows the current theories in Quality Management.
2: Knows the development of different theories in the field of Quality Management in applications based on historical development.
3: Follows up-to-date Turkish and foreign literature and developments. |
