Course Objectives |
Course description : To establish the health techniques, documentation and efficient skills that are significant for the medical secretaries' knowledge to acquire private , and civil institutions' needs. Course motives : Despite quickening the medical, documentation occupations of the concerning people, the institutions , and the managers play important roles for efficient working conditions. Aimed Acquisitions: 1) Acquiring the health system , and the vocational ethics .2) Impressive communication skills , and learning the protocols. 3) To be acquainted with filing, archive techniques . Fulfilling the formal correspondanceing deficiently. 4) Collecting the documents, and scrunitizing them interms of verisimilitude. 5) To develop the epistemological skills, to broaden the knowledge of students , and to found the practising activities. |

Learning Outcomes (LO) |
In this class, at the end of the semester, students are expected to have knowledge and skill in the following subjects:
1. Working in medical secretarial and documentation in all private and public health institutions and taking an important role in the effective work of these institutions or managers.
2. Having a health information system and professional ethics
3. To be able to communicate effectively, to know the protocols
4. To know filing and archiving techniques, to be able to make official correspondence without errors.
5. Compiling data, analyzing with scientific methods, reporting periodically. |
