To teach how to get the rights granting by material law. |
| Course Content |
Enforcement is the procedure of imposing on a person by power of the State the obligation of performing an act or making a payment as a result of a court decision. Bankruptcy is the liquidation of a debtor's complete assets for the benefit of his creditors. This course deals with all these topics. |
