Course Objectives |
The aim of this course is for students to gain information about personnel selection, interview techniques, career planning and job descriptions. |
Course Content |
Interview techniques, rules to be followed in personnel selection; organizational career planning; job descriptions, interview techniques and rules to be followed during the interview. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
Those who take this course and complete it successfully are expected to acquire the following achievements: 1. Know the basic concepts of career psychological counseling. 2. Explains the importance of career planning. 3. Knows the career planning process and stages. 4. Knows the methods and techniques used in career psychological counseling. 5. Knows the things to consider in personnel selection. 6. Explains interview techniques. 7. Explains the ethical rules that should be taken into consideration during personnel selection and interviews. |
